Is it possible to take something that is generally considered disgusting waste and transform it into something beautiful, and desirable?
What is chewing gum? How can it be classified and categorised? It is important to state that chewing gum has a great uniqueness; it is a product the human uses then right after rejects. Obviously, no one needs chewing gum for nutrition, and it is not swallowed like sweets, or other kinds of food that pass through the digestive system. Thus it is very unclear and difficult to say what chewing gum actually is. It is really neither object nor subject. Not subject because it lives for a short time without any real purpose, and not object because unlike anything else, and what is perhaps most important; it does not have meaning.
